Sally is an experienced television producer and director and brings her creative energy and sense of style to Henry Paine + Partners. Having been involved in the design, building and interior design of 3 of her own houses, she is good at seeing the bigger picture and is able to help clients source finishings that reflect the personality of the individual and the essence of the property.
Most important for Henry's concept of good architecture is that it does not consciously follow a fashion and is not constrained by a style. After practicing architecture for more than 30 years, he still gets immense pleasure from seeing a building he has designed reflect the personalities of those it has been designed for. For Henry, good architecture springs from the nature of it's materials, the quality of it's site and the methods of it's production.

He now divides his time between Johannesburg, the Garden Route and the Med.
